Recently, the prototype of SUNWARD's new-generation electric-hydraulic-driven scissor-type aerial work platforms has successfully passed the offline evaluation. The working height of this series of models reaches 8-16m, which can be adapted to a variety of operating scenarios, with comprehensive upgrades in structure, performance and operating experience, as well as high reliability, low maintenance and silky smooth operation, which can be called the “electric climbing elves” in the field of aerial work.

To address the industry's insertion and extraction pain points, SUNWARD optimizes the design of the upper control connector. Expanding the insertion and extraction space by 40%, it can be operated with one hand; the self-locking buckle design allows automatic locking after insertion and connection, and does not come loose under vibration, which ensures stable operation of the equipment.
The traditional shear fork tire coupling is easy to rust and corrode, which makes it difficult to dismantle and injures the shaft. Stamped tires effectively solve this problem, greatly improve the replacement efficiency, reduce the cost of dismantling and replacement by 50%, providing a new solution for the industry.
Increased efficiency
The industry's first batch application of hydraulic motor swivel joints improves the problem of loose hose fittings, rupture and wear, reduces leakage in the hydraulic system, improves stability and reliability, and extends the life of the equipment.
Integration of hydraulic oil tank and filter, eliminating the risk of oil leakage from external filter and oil tank hose, fully closed oil circuit to prevent impurity intrusion and protect key components. Meanwhile, the space layout is optimized for easy maintenance.
The main valve adopts an integrated flow path and closed structure, which has stronger anti-pollution ability and lower pressure loss than traditional cartridge valves, reducing the failure rate and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Focusing on local needs, we have developed a special charger. Under the premise of ensuring charging efficiency and safety, we streamline functions, reduce costs, break down technical adaptation barriers, and realize independent control of the supply chain.
Interaction evolution
control system is equipped with indoor and outdoor operation modes as standard, with one-key switching, which breaks through the limitations of traditional electric shearer indoor operation, expands the working conditions and enhances the flexibility of use.
Intelligent control of hydraulic flow through the proportional valve, precise control of lifting speed and position, eliminating the impact of the traditional switching valve start and stop, making lifting more stable and accurate, and improving the operating experience.
This new generation of electric-hydraulic drive shear fork aerial work platforms upgrades the process, technology and interaction to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency and expand the adaptable working conditions. The series of models have enriched the product matrix of SUNWARD.
